Marmozets

Marmozets is a chaotic math rock band made up of close – knit family friends. They began gigging around West Yorkshire in 2007 when most of the band was 18 or younger, honing their chops from the start. Becca Macintyre, the band’s mesmerizing and un-containable frontman, writes soaring vocal melodies she hits with ease. Dual guitars play sharp, mathematical licks to create structured chaos while Macintyre peppers grizzly screams throughout.

Marmozets’ overwhelming talent is evident in the arms and metronomic innards of drummer, Josh Macintyre. He plays a wild, flailing and aggressive style; controlling rapid tempo changes and dictating the stark transitions. Marmozets were adorned with Best Newcomer of 2014’s Warped Tour, using their skill and boundless energy to command massive crowds.
