The Revivalists

New Orleans is the home of a unique musical vibe; each musician serves a vital role in curating the burgeoning indie rock scene. The Revivalists are players in this vast world. Eclectic rock put to brass, woodwinds and slide guitar is their mantra. The various members of the Revivalists form to produce exactly what their name implies: a revival of sounds from the past. They seek to stir up this revival, this unique and powerful present feeling, by telling stories inspired by their homeland. While avoiding bead-covered crowds and dodging vegetables, the band spend a lot of time writing music and hanging out.
