The Bros. Landreth

The Bros. Landreth is a rock band whose style could easily be called “Americana” if they weren’t from the Great White North. It’s a blend of roots rock perfect for open plains and evenings around a winter fire. Joey Landreth’s accented vocals are nearly pitch perfect; he is confident and unwavering in the delivery of each note. The rest of the Bros. provide tight harmonies to compliment Joey’s voice and jam alongside his melodic guidance.

Their newest release, “Let it Lie” was recorded partially in a studio and in a bale barn in their home region of Winnipeg. The openness of this physical environment echoes the record’s thematic elements. The Bros. Landreth’s song structures are fairly simple, but taken to the stage with a new fervor. Throughout each set, the band will break into extended jams keeping eyes on one another throughout the riffage waiting for the ideal moment to unify and close out the track.
