Flint Eastwood is the musical equivalent of “a Spaghetti Western cooked in the ovens of Detroit.” The feisty four-piece adorns themselves in all black with tasseled dress shirts, bolo ties, and sharp suede suit coats. Thunderous mixes and samples are incorporated to add depth and layers to the rocking performance. Jax Anderson’s grimaces, zombie-like tweaks, and gun hands set the performance on fire. Mark, Clay and Bryan add their own flair of strange, loud and large movements to their always energetic style. Equal parts rock, melodic pop, and horse-whippin’ twang, Flint Eastwood creates the feisty soundtrack behind many a dusty adventure.
